Off-limits: See map for boundaries. Rule #3 of the official rules plus fish release area. All fishing restricted to pools 19 only. Iowa and Illinois license do reciprocate. If an angler enters inland waters in Illinois or Iowa, they must have state specific license.

Catch Limit: 5, but can only weigh 3 live fish. Size Limit: 14 inches
