Takeoff: 6:00 a.m.
Weigh-in: 12:30 p.m. at Plattsburgh Boat Basin
Off-Limits: See the official rules, which includes entire Mossisquoi National Refuge (you can not enter any part of the Missisquoi Refuge to access any fishing waters), plus the entire Marina Area (includes outside of break wall at the Marina extending all the way to the mouth of the Saranac River). Canadian waters are off-limits to fishing and may not be entered to access any US fishing areas. No locking allowed during this event.
License: A Vermont fishing license (www.vtfishandwildlife.com) is reciprocal with New York for all of Lake Champlain with the exception of the southern most tip of the lake. A New York fishing license is good in Vermont with the exception of Malletts Bay, the Gut, albug Passage, Missisquoi Bay and the Inland Sea.
Catch Limit: 5, Size Limit: 12 inches
Weigh in 3 live bass per angler
